Replacement for Lippert 3,500 lb Axle on a Pace Cargo Trailer

Question:

Label on axle gives me a serial number of S000756857 3500 lb RPO 0000787766 Manf 07/27/17 I can’t read the upper part any longer this is all I can see on it. Any ideas of the manufacturer. It’s on a Pace Cargo trailer. Tandem axle enclosed trailer.

That is a Lippert serial number, and when I reached out to my contact at Lippert they said your axle part number is V000242536-LCI35-DB-95-81-NOSP-US-L-545-7242-18PT V000242535.

This info tells us you have a 3,500 lbs axle (which you already knew) and it has an 81" spring seat length and 95" hub face length.

If you're looking to replace the axle, then the only option we have for these specs is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w Electric Brakes # A35RS545E, which uses a different suspension style and has to be used in pairs, so you'd need to swap out both axles to this setup. For an exact replacement, you'll need to reach out to your local trailer shop or RV dealer so they can get those exact specs ordered for you from their supplier.
