We have an adjustable trailer coupler such as CTA-196. Do you carry the bolts for this coupler that keep it in place?

We do not sell just the mounting hardware for an adjustable coupler such as the Sleeve-Lock # CTA-196 you were looking at.
That said, the hardware is just grade 8 bolts that are at least 3-1/2" long, and you can pick them up from a local hardware store.
