Welcome back, Ian!

With a 3,500 pound Dexter E-Z Lube using the # L68149 inner bearing, you will want the Bearing Buddy Spindle Grease Seal Set # BB60002.

This does also include the seal as well as the wear sleeve and will fit your 3,500 pound Dexter axle. It will also cover both hubs on one axle, so if you have more than one axle, you will need to order that amount (two for a dual axle, three for a triple axle, so on and so forth).

What kind of travel trailer do you have? Are you getting it ready for a trip?

Those wear sleeves do not appear to have holes in them to allow grease to flow out from the EZ Lube axle.

@IanM That's a very good point. Sorry about that. These are technically for a Bearing Buddy set up, so I guess that would explain that. We don't have any other wear sleeves that will fit your axle though. I am sorry to say we are not going to have what you are looking for. It looks like there are option out there that are compatible with E-Z Lube spindles.

@IanM I removed the EZ Lube grease nipple. This allowed me to use the complete Bearing Buddy set on my EZ Lube axle. I wanted to replace it because the Bearing Buddy inner seal was much better. I had problems with the EZ Lube inner seal leaking grease.

@Tom That's one way to do it. Did you block the rear hole in the spindle the zerk leads to or just leave it open?

This seal/wearsleeve set is designed to keep water from entering from the seal side. As a truck and heavy equipment mechanic for 50 years when desiring a seal to lube and "PURGE" the best recommendation is to install a wear sleeve if needed and then install the seal backwards to allow grease to pass through the seal lip when being greased. This also creates a mess on the surrounding surfaces on the backside of the seal. So, "pick your poison" as they say.
