Can the Thule Quick Grip, Power Click Clamp, Fast Grip or other model Thule single knob, jaw-type mounting hardware be fitted to a Thule Summit 631 Cargo Box instead of the stock Thule Summit mounting hardware ?

There is replacement QM3 mounting hardware # TH04997 is the only mounting hardware is the only option for mounting hardware for your Thule Summit 631.
The other styles of mounts you mentioned are so different in design that there's not a way that you'd be able to make them work.
