Question:

My LC643589 Electric jack is just flashing that the battery is dead but it’s connected to a brand new battery I tried disconnecting the power then manually bringing it up and down but still the same thing the 30amp fuse was pretty corroded when I replaced it I saw a very minuscule sign of life hearing it kick on but then same just flashing the battery life is dead the fuse connection slot is heavily corroded could that be the problem?

Yes, if the fuse holder/fuse isn't allowing power through to the Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # LC643589 then you'll definitely have issues powering it. I would just replace the 30 amp fuse holder with one like the 30-Amp MIDI Fuse Kit # RED86FR if you can't find one at your local hardware store.
