When you say with or with out gooseneck prep package what are you talking about the factory hitch puk system or the side frame brackets

The gooseneck prep package we are referring too when going through our gooseneck fitguide is the puck system you mentioned and not frame brackets. So if your 2023 Ford F-350 does not have the pucks then the B and W Turnoverball gooseneck part # BW73FR that you mentioned fits.
