To add a 7-way to your 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE, you'll just need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7.
This kit will utilize an existing 4-way wiring harness and add-on the 7-way trailer connector. If you do not have a 4-pole already, then you can add one using the Curt 4-Pole Flat Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ Mounting Bracket # C58345.
