You'll need a weld-on hitch for your 1991 Spartan diesel pusher as there are no custom fit options. To find the right one you need to measure your frame from outside to outside as well as the drop you need from the top of the frame to the bumper. So long as your frame measures between 18" and 44" you can use one of the following:

- Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets with 3" Drop # 15901

- Curt Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets with 10.865" Drop # 15902
