You will need to order the Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK and enter the hitch number 76128. This will provide you with the installation hardware needed for the CQT76128 which is the same hitch as our Draw-Tite # 76128 to fit on your 2018 Honda CR-V.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 will provide you with a 4-way flat connector for connecting to small trailers and Auxiliary Lights # C53201.
