Can The New WiSight 2.0 Camera Connect To The Same Plug As The Older Models

Question:
I have a first generation WiSight camera for which the monitor just got stolen. I understand there are no direct replacements for just the monitor. If I replace the now obsolete wvos541 system with a newer WiSight 2.0 system, will I need an adapter or new pigtail splicing? I read a review that said the connections are not the same. Mounting on a 2018 Airstream Flying Cloud 25FB

Per ASA Electronics, the connection point on your trailer to the camera for the Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless Backup Camera System # ASA37YR has stayed the same. The old cameras and monitors just aren't compatible with the new cameras and monitors. It should be a very simple swap out for you.
