Can I use your “replacement power wire for voyager digital wireless camera” #PSVCWVCMS130AP to plug into my existing four prong voyager cable and power a wireless camera? I have a 2020 Jayco Melbourne 24L with a non wireless voyager backup camera and would like to switch to a wireless unit to be used as a constant rear view camera.

You can use the power and ground from your current Voyager wiring to connect the Replacement Power Wire for Voyager Digital Wireless Camera # PSVCWVCMS130AP, yes. Just be sure that you also use a wireless monitor that's compatible with the camera.
If you don't already have a monitor and camera kit I recommend checking out the Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision for Prewired RV # ASA37YR. You may just try plugging the camera in and powering it up before cutting/splicing your current wiring as it may already work as-is.
