Currently, as of May 2023, there aren't any custom fit wiring options for your 2023 Honda Pilot, and since this is a new generation I don't see the wiring from a 2022 fitting. Because of this I recommend going with a universal wiring kit if you aren't willing or able to wait until a custom kit comes out.

The safest option we have is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT because it uses clamps to sense when to activate the trailer lights and a 12V power lead from your vehicle to power the battery lights. This means the OEM wiring on your Pilot will be protected much better than when using a splice-in style universal kit.
