I’ve got a 2018 ram 2500 with a short bed. I have the ygen 5 inch offset ball for the puc system. I need a solution for towing my fifth wheel. That will offset another 7 inches. To give me the clearance for turning without hitting the cab of the truck. I would like to stay with the gooseneck hookup. Thanks Roger

I do have what you need, it's just not what you want. I really wish there was some sort of way to use a replacement fifth wheel to gooseneck in box like the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box part # GY58GR with a short bed but there's not, even with an offset adapter like the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Dodge Ram OEM Puck Systems part # GY83XR. They will both work but you won't be able to make full turn which could create issues at gas stations or campgrounds.
In order to make full turns, you need a sliding hitch. The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3670 is what I recommend. It has thick dual jaws which create a smooth ride, a cam-action handle that helps to uncouple on uneven terrain, and an easy to remove head that saves your back.
