Hey Tom welcome back! The Single Axle Trailer Fender for Boat Trailers item # HP38VR does not include a backing plate, however I do have one for it. It's the Backing Plate for Single Axle Trailer Fender item # HP42FR.

The Single Axle Trailer Fender for Boat Trailers item # HP38VR is made of 16-gauge, cold-rolled steel, and measures 30" long x 9" wide x 13-1/4" tall.

I do not have a fender that matches these dimensions that has a backing plate.
