we are looking for a Happijac remote control for our older 2003 citation camper. one side quite working. ours does not have the two buttons on top of up and down. we found no model number on it. i can send a picture in an email. what is your email address. etrailer.com came up not a good address. thank you

It appears for a replacement remote you're just going to need the Replacement Remote Controller for Wireless HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jacks # HJ54ZR; This remote will work with all HappiJac wireless camper jack systems.
