MaxxAir Roof Vent Exhaust Only Fans , remote control receiver and can i add one if there is not one all ready?

If you don't already have the ability to use the remote you won't be able to add remote functionality and the # MA00A01151K won't work. If you want to use a remote you will need to upgrade your vent to one like the MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed # MA00A04401K.
