I have a Furrion F0543TADS camera and monitor. Can I upgrade to 7inch monitor. Also will side cameras work with this?

Yes, you can replace your 4.3" Furrion Vision S monitor with the 7" Monitor # FR47FR, which will then allow you to use the LED Marker Light RV Side Cameras # FCE48TASL.
Please note you also need the Suction Cup Mount # FR79SR since this is a larger monitor than what you currently have.
