Helpful Expert Reply:
Hydrastar currently does not offer service parts for their Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # HBA-12. This does not necessarily mean you will not be able to repair your actuator. The electric motor inside may just have some corrosion built up inside causing the motor to not turn. I have been able to free motors stuck like this with light taps on the motor shaft to help free everything. Depending on the age of your actuator you may be able to contact Hydrastar and have repairs looked at under their warranty.
