Do they make the strap longer? I need need about a 25 in for my bike rack

The Replacement Wheel Strap # TH8542378001 is the only wheel strap compatible with the Thule DoubleTrack Pro 2 bike rack. This strap allows for a maximum tire width of 5" on a 20"-29" wheel. The tire width could be less depending on the wheel for your specific bike. If you have a different bike rack please let me know and I can see if we have a longer strap for that specific rack. Otherwise I can help you find a new rack if you can let me know what bike you have.
