Question:
Need a spare trailer hub complete with bearings and seal for easier road side emergency change - for a 2006 7 x 12 single axle Aluma enclosed trailer .....Dexter axle # 69-47 on suspension arm casting....5 stud 4.3 spread.....wheel/tire is a 215/75R14

Based on the info you listed it sounds like you have a 3,500 lb trailer axle and your wheels have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern so for a replacement hub/drum that is pre-greased and ready to install if needed you would wan the Easy Grease Hub part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and you'd be set.
