Is this parts for one axle or for one side? 2 brake pads or 4 brake pads?

The Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for Dexter 12" x 2" Electric Brake Assembly # DX28FR contains the parts needed for one side of the axle. In order to do both sides, you will need two of the Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for Dexter 12" x 2" Electric Brake Assembly # DX28FR.
