Since the RetraxPRO XR part # RTX47SR for your 2022 Ford F-150 5-1/2 ft bed has the accessory T-slots the best option for a a mid level ladder rack would be the Yakima Outpost HD Overland part # Y01152-5855 which comes with adapters to fit the tracks of your tonneau. The upright height of this would be 13 inches above the bed rails of your truck. Or we have options that are just a few inches above the bed rails:
For 71" crossbars you will want the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars for Retrax XR item # RRVA180B-RRRLT600
For 65" crossbars you will want the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars for Retrax XR item # RRVA165B-RRRLT600
