What Size Crossbars Do I Need To Use with the PowertraxONE XR on a 2018 Ford F-150

WHAT IS THE CORRECT SIZE OF CROSS BARS TO USE FOR MY 2018 FORD F-150 TO USE ON THE RETRAX PRO XR COVER THAT WILL NOT STICK OUT PAST THE SIDE OF THE BED? I WANT TO GET THE RHINO RACK VORTEX BLACK BAR SET UP IN EITHER 65inch OR 71....CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHICH ONE WORKS BEST FOR MY TRUCK. THX.
