I have a solution for you but the Gorilla Lift item # GL1 you referenced only works on utility trailers with raised bed rails. To help raise the ramp door of an enclosed trailer you will want to use the Ramp Door Spring for 6' Wide Enclosed Trailer item # 362SA6. This functions like a garage door on a house. The tension provided by the torsion spring handles the weight of the trailer's door.
