Parts Needed For Installing Electric Trailer Brakes Onto a Trition UT16 Tandem Axle Utility Trailer

Question:

Wondering if you make a brake kit for a Triton UT16 trailer. It has the flanges on the axles to mount. JUst wondering what I should buy to acheive this.

It would appear your Trition UT16 utility trailer will have axles using the standard #84 spindle dimensions. You will want to verify this is what you have by disassembling one of the hubs and measuring the spindle, see image below. The spindle will be 1.063" in diameter for the outer bearing, 1.378" in diameter for the inner bearing and 1.719 in diameter for the grease seal. You will also need to measure the mounting holes for the brake flanges. The mounting holes should be spread 2-13/16" both vertically and horizontally. If these measurements are what you have here is a list of parts you will need, otherwise please let me know of any measurements which are different.

12 Gauge Wire # 12-1-1 (this is sold by the foot, will need enough to run from junction box to all 4 brake assemblies)
