For trailer axle u-bolts like the part # APUBR-10 the torque rating to use is between 45 and 75 ft lbs.

For 9/16 inch suspension bolts, wet bolts or regular bolts, you will want to torque them to 65 to 95 foot pounds. And should you ever use 1/2 inch bolts then the torque spec is 45 to 70 foot pounds. And for 5/8 inch use 100 to 120 foot pounds.
