You may have the brake locked up on the Bedlocker tonneau cover. There should be a release lever on the drivers side of the canister which will allow you to manually operate the cover. If you are able to operate the cover when using the release lever then there is an electrical issue which is not allowing the brake to be released when the motor is engaged. If the cover will still not budge there may be some debris stuck inside the gears that operate the cover.
