Why Would Trailer Brake Assembly Not Work After Replacement

Question:

i have new brakes on my trailer adjusted and ready to go or so i thought i have very little brakes trailer pigtail was replaced every now and than i will have good brakes on one wheel by pulling over the manual lever on the controller could this be a ground issue

Are you sure the non-reacting brake assembly is adjusted properly? In this scenario it's normally an assembly not being adjusted properly that causes this issue. This is especially true if you can hear the magnet of the assembly clicking on that side when the brakes are applied. If you can't hear anything that would instead be an issue with the wiring and most likely an insufficient ground.
