I need the underbed puck system for the 3765 hitch to put in my 2023 sierra 1500, do you guys have these in stock?

There is not an aftermarket puck system available for a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 so you would have to switch to the turnoverball hitch style in order to mount a Companion 5th wheel hitch in your truck bed. For this I recommend the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5W Hitch # BWGNRK1019-5W.
This will allow you to install a sliding Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3400 for fifth wheel towing and also the ability to tow gooseneck trailers.
