The Dexter axle part # 35545I-ST-89 is a 3,500 lb trailer axle so for a leaf spring that would work well with that you'd want the # e45SR which is the same rating and is 25-1/8 inches long. Then for a tandem hanger kit you'd want the # AP233-H248 and the U-bolt kit part # CE23002.
