Question:
I am looking for parts that are compatible with my 2018 pathfinder. I want to install a duel 7 and 4 pin connecter in addition to having a break control inside the vehicle for a trailer with breaks. Any and all items needed.

I have a couple of options for wiring harnesses that will give you what you're asking for. There isn't a plug and play set up that has a dual 7-Way and 4-Way set up so you'll need to use two separate harnesses if you need the dual set up to use at the same time.
If all you need is a 7-way you will want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness item # 118273. This is a plug and play wiring harness that includes all of the necessary relays to activate your Nissan's towing functions. With this you can use the item # TR20141. This is 7-way to 4-way adapter that allows you to convert your Pathfinder's 7-way to connect to a trailer or accessories 4-way connector.
If you would like to have both a 4-way and 7-way hook up on the same vehicle connector you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56281 and the item # ETBC7.
For a compatible brake controller you'll want the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller item # RED24FR. This is a proportional brake controller that activates your trailer's brakes when your Pathfinder decelerates.
The reason the Tow-Pro Liberty is the best option is because of its unique installation method where the only visible portion is the control knob that's about the size of a nickel. The main unit is hidden away inside your dash to be completely out of the way and out of sight.
Since your 2018 Pathfinder has the tow package you will not need to worry about splicing wires because you will have a port beneath your dash that the Redarc Plug in Adapter item # RED39FR will connect to. This adapter will give you an easy plug and play installation.
I have linked installation videos for all of these products below.
