The best cover option we have for a B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3400 is the Classic Accessories Cover for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # CA80116. This is a universal cover so it won't completely fit around the hitch but, it will cover all the main components like the head and center section. The hitch head is really the only thing you need to cover. The base and rails would then likely still be left exposed because the cover is not large enough to fit around it. That said, it's the largest cover we offer and the best option for this hitch. There are no custom fit covers I am aware of that will fit the entire hitch. The hitch is very big with a base measuring 45" long x 34-3/8" wide.
If you are looking for full coverage I do still have an option for you, it's a tonneau cover which is probably the most popular option for those who plan to keep the hitch in the truck bed while not in use. It will be a bit more expensive than a fifth wheel hitch cover but it also covers everything in your bed, not just the hitch. That said, you'll need to be careful when choosing a tonneau cover on a truck that tows a fifth wheel as many won't allow you to travel with the cover open or it could reduce your truck bed clearance while stowed. I recommend the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover as it will not give you any of the above issues and as it's a hybrid cover (hard/soft) so it will not only protect the hitch but it will also provide security.
