Hi Richard!

For your 2019 Honda Civic Coupe, I recommend going with the Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - Qty 2 # Y44GB. I verified with Yakima and this has absolutely no issues working with a 2 door Civic.

How many surfboards are you planning on carrying and do you have a carrier picked out already?

Hi Lazer Thanks for researching this for me, this sounds like a great option. We will carry one or two surfboards on the rack. With two, they would be stacked on top of each other. thanks Richard

@RichardD You're very welcome! Out of curiosity, are you west coast or east coast? I grew up on the beaches of Southern California and learned to surf in the oddly warm waters near the nuclear power plant in San Onofre. Maybe that's why I'm so tall. : P

We are on the west coast and do surf at San Onofre Beach ("Old Man's"), its still a great area. I notice on your website the following rack is also recommended for a 2019 Honda Civic 2-door: Inno's Flush Aero rack (parts # INXB108-2, # INXS200 and # INK683). Is this also a good option that will fit my car?

@Richardd Nice! Glad someone else knows it's a good place to be. I've run into a lot of Californians that had no idea what or where it was. They do have a fairly good idea where it is when you tell them what the power plant looks like though! : P As to the rack, the Inno Roof Rack # IN39UR (which is our part number for all 3 of those pieces in a kit) will definitely work as well! I just prefer to have bars that overhang a bit so there is more room to work with. The Inno option would look more like a factory rack and a lot of people do prefer that.
