Recommended Replacement Trailer Jack Wheel That Has A Rubber Tire

Question:
I am looking for a wheel for a front trailer jack on my 16 flat trailer, that will roll in gravel or sand. I am thinking some has to make a small rubber tire. Rather than the small hard plastic ones that are made to roll on hard surfaces like concrete?
