Can you please confirm if this DL24239 i.e. DL6248 strap is black as opposed to grey or charcoal in color?

Yes the Dutton-Lainsion hand winch strap # DL24239 is indeed black. Light reflections on some materials can make black items look lighter. I made a video showing this strap that will appear on this page.
