Can the Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box Carry 192cm Skis

Question:

Hi there, I have 192cm skis. Im interested in the Inno Wedge 660. I know it maxes out at 190cm diagonally when the ski is laid flat. I was wondering if I use the height of the box to fit the ski diagonally across the width of the box and then use the height diagonally as well to eek out those extra few CMs needed to fit the longer ski aka ski tail in back left top corner and ski tip bottom right front corner. Thanks

While your idea may be possible, I cannot recommend doing so. The Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box # INBRM660BK technically only has a max ski length of 182cm. The 190cm is a measurement taken elsewhere and not what Inno list the max length at. While having the skis slope from the top of the box to the bottom should provide a little more length, I cannot confirm that this will work for your skis.
