I bought a theyford tolit from etrailer e need the floor gasket they sent a new gasket. And it a valterra number is q23653vp I put it on and it still leaking what do I do thank you

@John To troubleshoot the leak you're seeing you'll need to check your water supply line and that it's properly secured, then the vacuum breaker, and then finally the flange. Since you're already to the point of replacing the flange, the Thetford instructions say that if you still have a leak then you'll need to use Thetford spacers to adjust the flange so it's 7/16" above the floor. Is the Valterra flange the same size as what you removed from your Thetford toilet?
