High Quality Platform Style Swing-Away Bike Rack Recommendation

Question:
I'm looking for a nicer platform bike rack with the swinging arm. I know there are ways to use an adapter swinging arm but I'd like one that comes fitted with the swinging arm so it's a bit more solid. Thanks!
