Can this item be used to replace the hook and loop strap and end cap on the Sportrider SE HR1400Z?

Yes, the Replacement Ratchet Strap # HLY62ZR will replace the ratchet strap on the right wheel holder of your Sportrider SE Hollywood Bike Rack # HR1400Z . If you need to replace the left side strap as well you will need # HLY42ZR. This kit includes the ratchet strap, end plug, rim protector, and the installation hardware.
This kit is compatible with Sport Rider, Sport Rider SE, Sport Rider SE2, and RV Rider ratchet style wheel holders. If your rack has the hook and loop style wheel holder you will need the Replacement Strap # HRSPRVEL (sold separately).
