Question:
Im looking to replace the leaf springs in my 2018 Coachmen Apex Nano 193BHS camper trailer. It is a single axel with a leaf spring at each wheel. The dry weight is 3370lbs and a gross weight of 4600lbs. Im looking for the best available springs for this. From eyelet to eyelet, the stock ones show a sprung distance of 24 eyelet on each side

The springs that you currently have are a bit odd and we would not offer a direct replacement. Though it is less economical I recommend switching over to the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # ASR5200S01. This system has 2 independent units that will eliminate the need for a thru axle while also increasing the ground clearance. This system has a weight capacity of 5,200 pounds. The axle spindle needs an Inner Bearing # 25580 and an Outer Bearing # 14125A. The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles # 8-219-50UC3 come with the correct bearings. If you're needing to replace you brakes the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-180-181 would be the correct kit.
I linked an installation video on the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension system below. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you.
