Question:

I have an OEM puck system 30k ram 5th wheel hitch but have ISR rails in my truck. Is there an adapter to make this work?

The 30K Ram 5th wheel hitch is a Curt A30 # C64BR with the Ram branding. You will be able to Remove the Head # C16590 from the Ram Legs # C65WR and install the ISR Base Legs # C16907 to fit in your ISR Rails. Do be sure to check the weight rating of your ISR rails with your towing capacity as some rails are only rated for up to 25K. If you need heavier rails for your truck please let me know what they are going on so I can find you the stronger under-bed brackets and rails to be able to handle the full 30K the hitch is rated for.
