The only air helper springs we offer for a 2022 Ford F-350 Dually 2WD are from Firestone, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2600. I recommend Firestone as the bags use a crimp rolled design so you can lift the truck by the frame and the axle hang free. These will do an excellent job of providing additional leveling while towing or hauling and you can deflate them when not in use for a factory ride.

Please note, if you want to be able to control the air bags from inside the cab you'll need an on-board compressor and for this I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL25980EZ.
