Question:
I received my parts from you today for my titan 60, thank you very much. the rollers that are on either side of the shock absorber i got from you, have a chamfer on one side, which way do the chamfers face, toward the shock absorber or toward the outside of the tongue? thank you

Expert Reply:
When assembling the roller assembly, the rollers should be installed so that the beveled edges face the outside of the tongue, away from the shock absorber. I have confirmed this with my contact in the Technical Services department at Titan.
