Question:
I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 crew cab long bed. I recently bought a 53ft Application wedge trailer that is rated for 15k. Even empty the trailer puts some weight on my truck so to take some stress off I’d like to install air bags. My question is, what system would be the best option. Do I go with the 5k system or the 7500. I’d like to keep it cheap but also don’t wanna buy junk

So what you are really looking for is the best value for air bags on your 2008 GMC Sierra 2500, and that's completely understandable. While air bags aren't going to necessarily be cheap, what we can get you is exactly what you're looking for - the best overall value for the price.
For this I highly recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2250
The 4,800 lb capacity is going to be enough to support the weight put on your 2008 Sierra 2500, and the Ride-Rite also has the advantage of being the highest-quality air bag on the market at the same price point as the competition. The reason they are the best is pretty simple - the Ride-Rite are made with four layers of reinforced rubber, which is a thicker, more reliable construction than other air bags, which only have two layers.
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57275 that also fit your truck are a decent option, but don't have the same value as the higher-quality Ride-Rite springs.
I have added a photo next to the one you sent in which shows the Ride-Rite springs on a 2008 Sierra, as well as a link to a video install of the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2250.
