Says the max weight is 120lbs does this mean total carrying weight, or per BIKE. As some Hunting E-bikes weigh between 80-100lbs.

The Saris MHS Bike Rack for 2 Bikes item # SAR73MR is a modular system that in its current configuration has a maximum capacity of 120 lbs or two bikes weighing up to 60 lbs a piece.
You can add the 1-Bike Add-On for Saris MHS Bike Rack item # SAR78MR for an additional bike but are capped at a 35 lbs capacity in the third position. Total capacity is increased to 155 lbs with the add on.
There is no configuration that has this carrier holding a bike that weighs more than 60 lbs.
The highest capacity bike rack we have is the Hollywood Rack E-Bike Rack part # HLY84FR which has an 80 lbs per bike capacity.
