The Stealth Hitch you're referring to fits select models of the Audi A3. Unfortunately, nobody makes a hitch that will fit your 2019 Audi A6 Quattro. If you were planning to use the hitch for a bike rack, the only option would be a trunk mounted bike rack like the Malone Hanger # MPG2139

The other alternative would be to add a roof rack like the Thule WingBar Evo rack which consists of # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145202. This would allow you to carry a bike with a rack like the FrontLoader # Y02103. If you were wanting to use the hitch for a cargo carrier the roof rack would also allow you to use a roof box like the Thule Motion XT Alpine # TH629506 for extra storage space.
