Correct Block Heater and Location for 2014 Chrysler 200 with 2.4L I4 Engine

Trying to figure out how to install block heater. It doesnt go in far enough

The correct Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater for a 2014 Chrysler 200 with 2.4L I4 Engine is part # KH11812. The port location for this block heater is on the front left side of the engine which you can see labeled as "FL" in the attached photo.
The most common issues we see with the installation of these is simply the wrong cartridge or incorrect hole location. If you have confirmed both of these and still require assistance please just let me know. Please note, they are a rather snug fit sometimes.
