Which Kat's Block Heater Fits 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander SE 2.5 Liter

Question:
Will this heater work, without modification, on my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander SE? Please confirm the location for this vehicle as well.

Hey James, yes the Kat's Heater part # KH11812 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. I checked with Kat's about the location of where this needs to install and they list it as FL which means on the driver side of the engine closer to the front of the engine.

Even after you were good enough to check with Katz to verify proper fitment, the heater they specified for my 2025 Outlander dude not fit. It was slightly larger than the opening in the engine block - an $80 lesson learned. I returned the item for a refund. Thank you! But I still don't have a heater, and after last winters record cold I'd really like one! Do you know if Katz has updated their specs to ensure a correct fit?

Thanks for the prompt reply! With the very cold weather we've had this winter, a block heater is a real plus for my Mitsubishi. Unfortunately my dealer has not been helpful. I'll order this from you and install myself.
