The correct sized cover for your 16'8" Lance 855 truck bed camper is the Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover # CAM45770 which is designed to fit truck bed campers up to 18'2" long.
This has self-adjusting hold-down straps so you can fit it better to the body of your camper and not have as much slack.
