How to Bleed Trailer Brakes Without Access to Underside of Actuator

Question:
Is there anyway to get to the actuator and press it with a socket like in the video to bleed the brakes? Could you put 12V on and off the reverse wires? I have a new system and pumping it with a chain and 2x4 will be a lot.

Once the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w Drop and Electric Lockout # DM8104311 is installed there isn't really an easy way to access that cylinder since this sits on top of the trailer tongue.
Something else you might try doing is using a ratchet strap like the Erickson # 34413 to manually pump the coupler like the instructions call for. Attached is a clip from the linked instructions for you to check out.
